The contract is concluded when you click on the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

The language available for concluding the contract is German. We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail. For security reasons, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. Delivery terms
We deliver free in Germany. We only ship via shipping. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods in person. We do not deliver to packing stations.

The contractor is not liable for damages of any kind if the consumer has provided false and/or incorrect information or materials of insufficient quality, unless the contractor was aware of these defects.
5. The contractor manufactures the products in an automated process and does not evaluate or check the images, other materials and/or texts provided for quality and/or content. If, among other things, a lawsuit, a claim for damages (or any other claim) is filed against the Contractor, or if the Contractor receives a fine or a request to provide personal data based on a violation of the provisions of paragraphs 1, 2 or 3 of this article by the Consumer, the Entrepreneur has the right to recover the resulting costs from the consumer and, if necessary, to cooperate in providing personal data.
6. The consumer hereby declares that he is aware of this and agrees with it. The contractor carries out the ordered works with the greatest possible care. However, there may be variations in print and color as the materials supplied are printed on a case. The materials used for this differ from the materials supplied, so deviations may occur.
7. If the Consumer violates these General Terms and Conditions, especially paragraphs 1, 2 or 3, the Contractor has the right to refuse to fulfill his obligations under this Distance Contract and to refuse to deliver the ordered Products.
